the Path

The Path Team

We organize with purpose, connect through shared values – and build community through sport.

Sport is not just our topic – it's the foundation of how we operate

The Path is not an agency, nor a production company. We are a team that believes in the power of sport to build community, share knowledge, and foster long-term connections. Behind every project, we are present not only professionally – but personally as well.

Who we work with

THE PATH WAY

Our core values

Value-Driven Approach

For us, sport is not just a backdrop — it's the foundation of how we organize, communicate, and build relationships.

Content-Focused Thinking

We don’t just create a framework — we deliver a message. Every event carries a story.

Partnership, Not Just a Service

We aim for collaborative thinking with every client — because we believe that’s what builds authenticity.

Quality and Attention to Detail

Whether it’s 20 or 2,000 participants — every detail matters. That’s our mindset.

Community

We don’t just organize events — we build meaningful connections with lasting impact.

Founders

Hunor Dudás

owner, sports manager, CEO - Head of football division
I am always looking for the opportunity to do my best and help my team do their best, too. Sports and competing have been my passions since childhood - as for me, one of the strongest motivations is when you want to overcome your own limits and to stimulate yourself to attain better performance. This is what I represent in the path team: helping the athletes with persistent support and trust, and guiding them to achieve their dreams or even more. I am proud of having reached remarkable successes as a CEO of a first-class football club with a team I had formed. From 2020 until 2023 I was elected as the president of the Sports Marketing Division of the Hungarian Marketing Association.

Dr. Péter Pákay

owner, sports manager, lawyer - Head of individual sports division
I believe that fair, humble, professional work bears its fruit, and to achieve this, the path provides a firm, with a well-established background. During my tennis career an idea came into my mind – that I want to be that kind of sports manager who acts as a mentor in the lives of the athletes. We offer a well-balanced career plan, treating our clients as partners, as human beings and helping them deploy their talents. I consider preparing them for civil life a high priority. After having left my tennis career behind I graduated from university of law and took a degree in sports management. At present I am working for Pákay's Law Office as an attorney at law, I am an Arbitrator at the Hungarian Olympic Committee and at the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Dr. Csaba Bogdán

owner, lawyer - Head of sport project division
I was probably 5 years old when my father took me to a motocross race, then at 10 I went to my first football match. These experiences shaped my entire life - I've been a fanatical sports fan and active amateur athlete since childhood. Over the past 15 years, I've worked in the business world, primarily in the financial sector. My goal has always been to leverage my senior management experience in sports and sports management, helping athletes become even more successful. With legal and economics qualifications, beyond talent management I handle sports-based projects.

With whom we are building the path

Gábor Horváth

FIFA Licensed agent
Sport has been an integral part of my life since my childhood. I tried many different sports, but finally I decided to play football and I grew up at Vasas Academy. As a young player, I knew learning and developing is an important part of life, because our situation can change at any time. I have a Master's Degree in Sports Management at the Hungarian University of Physical Education. Using my experiences and studies I would like to help athletes in all aspects of life.

Fanni Gyurcsányi

Event manager
As a kid, I was fascinated by the world of swimming pools, but my interest soon turned to other sports as well. When I was young, I decided that I would like to gain knowledge in the field of sports, so I completed my master's degree in sports economics at Corvinus University of Budapest. In addition to the day-to-day support of individual athletes, I have an active role in organizing sport related events.

Gergely Heinrich

Sports & Event Manager, Football Scout
As long as I can remember I have always been a fan of sports, especially football. I have always been interested in the business behind sport, so as soon as I could I started training and building contacts in this field. Apart from the full management of events, I am also involved in player recruitment, where 2 years with the first team of Budapest Honvéd FC gave me very useful skills. I am a big fan of numbers and statistics, so in addition to my Master's degree in Sports Management, I also have a diploma in Data Analysis, which I can use in different areas of sport.

Sugár Deáky Croca

Director of Operations and Customer Relations
Sport has been my defining passion since childhood. After graduating from Corvinus University, I obtained qualifications as a Sports Event Organizer and Sports Manager at the University of Physical Education, followed by a Health Coach certification. For 18 years, I worked at multinational companies (IBM, Vodafone) in global leadership positions. Joining The Path allows me to combine my leadership experience with my lifelong love for sports. As Director of Operations and Client Relations, my mission, with our professional team, is to organize outstanding sports conferences and support athletes and organizations in achieving their goals.

dr. Tíra Thassy

Sport Manager
I was born in Jászberény, where the city celebrated its championship team in 1990 and huge hockey derbies took place, so I was infected by the special atmosphere of sport at a relatively early age. It is the diversity of sport that makes me sit down to watch a match, enter a competition, or attend a sporting event. As an athlete, I learned that how you perform is decided in your head, and for that, every little detail has to be in place. At path, this approach guides us all to support our athletes' careers through unique and high-quality collaborations and to organize high-quality events, to which I contribute as a lawyer and event organizer. I found the environment I love in triathlon. A few years ago, I achieved a goal on my bucket list: I am an Ironman finisher and also work as an international referee.

Liza Manhertz

Sports event and communications coordinator
As a Sports Event and Communications Coordinator, I actively contribute to the organization of sports events and support their communication efforts. My work is driven by the goal of strengthening the community-building power of sport, while I also pursue studies in sports diplomacy to further deepen my knowledge. Sport has always been an integral part of my life — as an athlete, volunteer, and now as an organizer. These experiences form the foundation of my commitment to creating long-term value within the world of sport.
